January has been a cold, snowy & windy month here in the Highlands. So, I’ve been hibernating – and using this time to plan various trips and events. I’m flying to Croatia in a couple of weeks. But the main big trip of the year will be in July, when I’ll be riding my motorbike down to Portugal to meet up with my sons for a Stag Weekend. Here’s hoping the temperature will start rising in the coming weeks…..
